Grilling Concepts Catering specializes in California Cuisine, a fresh, healthy alternative to traditional catered meals.  We grill all of our meals at your event location in order to ensure the very best quality and taste.  We are fully licensed and insured and will happily provide a list of wonderul clients for referrals.

All of our menus are created for parties of 50 or more guests; however, we do provide personal chefs for more intimate gatherings.  Please give us a call for details.

Additionally, we offer menu suggestions for your vegetarian guests.

We provide all of the linens, decorations, chafing dishes, and servers for our buffets.  Ask us about our themed party props!

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, corporate checks, and cash.  Final guest count must be in seven days before the event and payment must be received in full no later than three days prior.

All meals are cooked on-site, at your event location, to ensure the best tasting meals possible.  No reheating or warming!

We offer discounts to non-profit organizations.
